I've spent twenty years at the intersection of brand, strategy and culture — working across corporate, creative and community spaces to help teams and individuals build things, embrace growth and be better.
My background is entrepreneurial at its core. I co-founded Opsh (formerly Prowlster), one of Ireland's most talked-about e-commerce start-ups — a platform that let consumers shop the high street through a single account and checkout. That chapter taught me everything about building something from nothing, standing out in a saturated field, and what it really takes to communicate value when everyone is competing for attention.
Since then, I've brought that founder's energy into consulting, speaking, facilitation and writing. People tend to notice it — in the room, on the stage, in a session. It's what I'm most consistently told makes the difference. I'm the founder of Work Chats — honest writing about work, ambition and what a better way looks like — and I've worked with some of Ireland and the UK's best-known organisations on brand, leadership and culture.
